Good communications are vital before, during and after any emergency, especially one that threatens lives, livelihoods and properties. The team behind RISCalert are focused on helping people in their time of need. We've developed this platform to ensure local public safety agencies, as well as other responding organisations, have the ability to communicate directly with impacted citizens right down to the individual house level.

This new capability for agencies allows them to send customised, critical information to affected members of the community at a time when it matters most. For instance, if an agency needs to send two different messages to two adjacent properties, RISCalert allows an agent to do that.

We know better information leads to better decisions and improved outcomes for all stakeholders. We hope RISCalert plays a strong role in achieving this for all our users.
